It is necessary for upward wheel travel and shock tower clearance. Otherwise some trimming may be in order.

Does the fuel tank need to be re-located?
The fuel tank can remain in the stock location as long as you have a Body-Lift.

What kind of rack and pinion do you provide?
The rack and pinion / tierods are from a Rabbit and is mounted thru the forward tunnel.

Yes, I can provide you with the stock ball joint stub welded to the spindle assembly.

The kit is supported by the stock frame head, firewall and underneath. Where the body to chassis mounts.
